Event report by the University of Tokyo Library System: [Finished] [Oct 29 / Online Event] The 15th Mini-lecture Program by UTokyo Graduate Students and Faculty Members | University of Tokyo Library System
[UTokyo Mini-lecture Program]
We are holding lecture events twice a year conducted by graduate students and faculty members who completed The University of Tokyo Future Faculty Program (UTokyo FFP), a program to learn how to teach.
(Organizers: University of Tokyo Library System / Center for Research and Development of Higher Education, The University of Tokyo)
Based on what they learned in the program, 4-7* members of UTokyo FFP alumni, who delivered excellent lectures in microteaching sessions during the course, explain interesting topics in plain words to the audience who are unfamiliar with the fields.
*The number of the presenters varies from event to event.
Starting in 2014, the program has been held 16 times as of June 2021. It used to be held face-to-face, but adhering to COVID-19 safety protocols, lectures are now conducted online.
Therefore, you can experience a teaching style that enables students to learn actively in real time from anywhere in Japan.
